Joe Jonas On Taylor Swift Break-Up: 'I've Moved On'

Joe Jonas has confirmed that there’s no bad blood between he and ex Taylor Swift.

Appearing on the UK show Lorraine, Jonas was asked about the 27-second phone call he made to break up with Swift in 2008.

"It’s something that I was probably feeling pretty bad about when I was younger,” he admitted. “At the end of the day, I’ve moved on. I’m sure Taylor’s moved on. It feels nice. We’re all friends. It’s all good. We were all so young.”

This backs up what Swift said on an episode of Ellen last month. Asked about her biggest regret, the pop star responded: “Probably when I like, put Joe Jonas on blast on your show.”

Swift admitted it was “too much.” She said: “I was 18. We laugh about it now, but that was mouthy … just teenage stuff there.”

Jonas admitted "it did feel nice" to hear Swift's mea culpa.

Swift had gone on Ellen in 2008 to talk about her album Fearless, which included the song “Forever & Always” about her relationship with Jonas.

“You know what, it’s like, when I find that person that is right for me, and he’ll be wonderful, and when I look at that person, I’m not even gonna be able to remember the boy who broke up with me over the phone in 25 seconds when I was 18,” she explained. “I looked at the call log, it was like 27 seconds. That’s got to be a record!”

Jonas responded online: “I called to discuss feelings with the other person. Those feelings were obviously not well received. I did not end the conversation. Someone else did. Phone calls can only last as long as the person on the other end of the line is willing to talk.”
