Another Donation for Patient Care Tower
The South Okanagan Similkameen Medical Foundation is celebrating another donation to their Patient Care Tower Campaign, this time from Penticton couple Ed and Lucille Propp.
John Moorehouse is with the Foundation, and says they are giving $30,000.
"Ed and Lucille Propp are just a nice, retired Penticton couple," says Moorehouse. "They moved to Penticton about 30 years ago from a small town in Saskatchewan where they grew up, and they just decided they should donate to the campaign."
He says $30,000 is the threshold for having a room in the care tower.. You can contact the medical foundation for more information on that.
Moorehouse says they had 82 rooms available to be named, and half have already been spoken for.
