  • Rock the Sun Concert Series

    Gyro Park - Penticton
    Presented by the Downtown Penticton Association, Rock the Sun will take place on select Friday nights throughout July and August, each with a different artist who will bring their own unique style of music and entertainment. Music genres will span folk, country, rock, pop and more, and all will be family-friendly. There’s no cost to attend the concerts. Folks are invited to simply head downtown with their lawn chairs or blankets and enjoy the fabulous performances and music. Also for convenience, food trucks will be on site making it easy to buy something to eat or drink throughout the evening.
  • Put Your Name on a Brick and Support PRH

    Your name can be linked with a small piece of Penticton Regional Hospital. The South Okanagan Similkameen (SOS) Medical Foundation has launched a new “Patio of Giving” campaign to help provide medical equipment for the PRH expansion. For a tax-deductible donation of $1,200 or $100 a month for 12 months, your name can be added onto one of 300 patio bricks to be laid near the main entrance to the new PRH tower.
