    Check out the BC Provincial Snow Show taking place at Kal Tire Place in Vernon on Friday November 24th from 4pm-9pm and Saturday November 25th from 10am-6pm! The Snow Show is a great place to see what’s new in the industry and a great place to score a deal from one of the many vendors! This year’s vendors will be visiting from all over British Columbia and Alberta. Admission is by donation with all proceeds going to support the Easter Seals Snowarama Kids campaign.

  • Miracle on Mackenzie: The Sequel

    Downtown Grizzly Plaza - Revelstoke, British Columbia
    Last year's very successful Miracle on Mackenzie returns to Revelstoke on Saturday December 2nd from 2pm-5pm. Bring your loved ones to Downtown Grizzly Plaza for this year's fun, interactive community Christmas event! This year, the town of Revelstoke will have to work together to stop the Grinch from stealing Christmas! Other festivities will include free hot chocolate, cookie decorating, a kids ornament workshop, Santa Claus, Thomas the Tank engine, Bob Whitehead carving the community a wooden gift to keep, and live performances by the Revelstoke Community Band, The BE Children's Choir, Elevation Dance Academy, Steve Smith, and special guest...Andrew Allen!
  • Stack the Back Food Drive

    Save-On-Foods: 555 Victoria Road - Revelstoke, British Columbia
    Shaun & Milo will be broadcasting live from 6am to 4pm at Save-On-Foods Revelstoke on Friday December 8th in support of the Community Connections Food Bank. A pick-up truck will be outside and the goal is to stack the back! Grab the goods and put it in the truck and at the end of the day, it will be donated directly to the Community Connections Food Bank in Revelstoke. Help those out this holiday season, have some fun, share your favourite Christmas story on 106.1 EZ Rock and leave some food in the good ol’ pickup truck!

    All aboard the Holiday Train on Thursday December 14th. This year we have Alan Doyle and The Beautiful Band. You are encouraged to bring non-perishable food donations. Every pound of food and money raised at each stop stays with the local food bank to help feed those in need.

    Four international comedians come together to create one amazing show with each bringing a unique and hilarious take providing something for everyone. Just for Laughs winner Dan Quinn is back along with the wild man MC Craig Campbell. The $25,000 great Canadian laugh off winner, Paul Myrehaug, returns this year as well as 5-time Canadian Comedian of the year nominee, Pete Zedlacher.
