B.C Assessment Notices On Their Way
Homeowners across B.C are days away from seeing their new property assessment in the mail.
The 2018 numbers state that Kelowna, Lake Country, and Osoyoos saw the biggest jumps in the Okanagan region, with single family residential units climbing by 17% in value over the past year.
Single family unit values in Salmon Arm rose by 11%, from an average of $371,000 to $415,000.
That's a slight increase from 2015 to 2016, when Salmon Arm's single family homes only went up 10.2% in value.
Enderby's numbers are up by 16%, while Armstrong's are up by 13%.
Revelstoke had the biggest jump in the Kootenay-Columbia region, with single family unit values rising by 21% from last year.
