Public Engagement Still Sought On Mountain Parks Plans

Time is running down to help with new management plans for our mountain parks. is the website.

Parks Canada Spokesperson Shelley Bird has more, saying "For Mount Revelstoke and Glacier we've decided to keep our page open for a couple more weeks, so we'll have the online portion open until May 16th."

As for the next steps after that, Bird says "Over the next while we'll prepare what we heard, and put that out for people to see to make sure we captured what people were saying and want to include in the management plan."

Input is also welcomed on Kootenay and Banff National Parks.
