Warming Trend To Arrive This Weekend
Environment Canada says that warmer weather is on the way for this weekend.
The cold air mass that's covered B.C for much of the Winter is set to move away around Saturday.
Forecaster Lisa West has word on what's set to replace it "We're going to shift to a Southwest flow, and that's going to bring a relatively warmer air-mass to the province, and that's why we're seeing temperatures in our long-range forecast shoot up into the double-digits for this coming weekend."
West says that the Shuswap and Columbia regions are still in for some rain or snow late Wednesday or early Thursday.
Salmon Arm could find double-digit temperatures by Sunday and Monday, while highs will be just a bit below that level for Revelstoke and Golden.
