Wet Weather Approaching For This Weekend
We've got a change in weather on the way for this weekend.
The Shuswap and Columbia regions are looking at the possibility of showers on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Environment Canada's Doug Lundquist says it's time for some rainfall that's typical for June in B.C "We have an upper-level disturbance that's going to move into our area perfectly timed for the weekend. We're expecting quite a bit of rain with that, starting perhaps Friday night, continuing with the heaviest amounts through until Sunday - and maybe persisting into Monday as well."
Weekend rainfall amounts could hit 20 to 40mms, depending on where the storm hits hardest.
