Cullen says the proposed changes will impact small- and mid-sized businesses, which are the backbone of the northwest economy, while completely ignoring the biggest businesses and billionairs with offshore tax havens.
The public meeting will take place at the Old Church in Smithers, tonight from 7 to 8:30.
