Kitimat RCMP Seek Tips Regarding Suspicious Activity Reports on Egret Street

Kitimat RCMP are asking for tips from the public as they investigate a couple of suspicious activities reported on Egret Street last month.

The first incident happened just after 11pm on April 4th, when a homeowner discovered prowler in his garage.

The intruder was described as a caucasian man in his early 20s, wearing a blue jacket, tan pants and no shoes -- and fled when confronted by the homeowner.

About a half-an-hour later on the same street, another homeowner chased away a man in his early 20's who was attempting to break into his home.

The suspect in this case had black hair and was wearing long white shorts and a black top.

Nothing was taken in either incident, and no damage was reported -- but police would like to track down the person or persons involved.
