Terrace In This Morning's Semi-Final At Midget Provincials at Terrace Sportsplex

The host Terrace Midget Reps have made it to this morning's semi-finals of the Tier Three Provincial Championships, taking place at the Sportsplex.

Terrace defeated Whitehorse 7-1 last night, so they finish the round-robin undefeated, with a record of three wins and a tie.

Terrace plays Squamish in the main arena this morning at 9, while the other semi-final --- between Alberni Valley and Cranbrook --- starts at 9:15 at the Hidber Rink.

All the Games are free to watch -- and tournament organizers are thanking the support from the public and the tournament sponsors.
 
Kitimat fell short of the semi-finals, but went out with a couple of 3-2 wins yesterday.. over Alberni and Trail... to finish with a record of 3-and-1.

Elsewhere around the province, the Kitimat Pee Wees finished with an oh-and-3 record at the Tier Two provincials, losing 8-4 to Prince George yesterday in their final round-robin game.

At the Pee Wee Tier Three provincials in Dawson Creek, Terrace skated to a 3-all tie against South Okanagan yesterday, so Terrace finishes the tournament with a loss and two ties.

In Tier Four action in Fernie, Prince Rupert beat Langley 5-2 yesterday, to improve their record to 2-1-and-1.  Their next game is this morning at 10:30 against 100 Mile House, and their last round robin game is tomorrow morning against Kimberley (8am). 

In Bantam Tier-Three action in Cranbrook.. Kitimat lost 2-0 to North Shore, to finish the tournament at oh-and-3.
