We always hear about getting 8 hours of sleep a night, but there's more to a good night's sleep than just that. Sleep cycles operate in 90 minute intervals, and walking up during a cycle called NREM sleep can make the difference between feeling rest or feeling groggy and passing out by 2:00 pm on your desk.
The Sleep Calculator is really to use, simply enter the time you need to wake up and it will give you four options of when you should go to sleep. It's based on the statistic that it takes 14 minutes for the average person to fall asleep so keep that in mind if you take longer!
