Have another cup of Joe! A new study claims higher coffee consumption is connected to a lower risk of death. The study found those who drank coffee regularly had mortality rates almost two thirds lower than non-drinkers.
Those who drank 4 cups a day had a 64% lower death risk compared to those who didn't drink any! They study was done on about 20,000 people in Spain, so drink up! Lay off the sugar though (Hayes), it's bad for you.
