January 8 - The Food That Can Make Your Children Smarter

A new study from the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing, found that children who eat fish regularly (about once a week) have higher IQs. It also showed that the children sleep better with fewer interruptions.

Fish is a source of nutrition, lean protein, and omega-3 fatty acids. The fish highest in these benefits, are tuna, salmon and sardines. Good for both children and adults.
