WATCH: Coldplay, James Corden Cover Tom Petty’s ‘Free Fallin’
Coldplay once again welcomed surprise guest James Corden onstage during their performance at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California, for a special Tom Petty tribute.
Frontman Chris Martin also announced that all proceeds from the concert, as well as the show in San Diego, would be donated to the Mexico earthquake relief efforts.
Martin added his own joke into the performance with the late night talk show host. "He only sings with us when we're desperate and when we want to say 'Thank you' to 60,000 people at once."
