New phone service helps parents of children with complex illnesses navigate health system

There's a new telephone service for parents of children with disabilities and complex illnesses aimed at helping them navigate the healthcare system.

UNB and Mount Allison University's NaviCare is free and helps families find support programs and resources like medical specialists, support groups and occupational therapists.
