$15M in renovation, construction projects to take place in Tracadie over summer

Tracadie

Approximately $15 million worth of renovation and construction projects will take place in Tracadie this summer.

The regional municipality approved measures on Monday to get the work underway.

The cost of the projects will be shared between the municipality, the provincial and federal governments.

Mayor Denis Losier says the money will be invested so the entire population benefits.

Tracadie's arena, pool, downtown market and five community centres will be renovated while a new fire station will open in the Sainte-Rose and Six Roads area.
