Acadian Peninsula couple wins 'Set for Life' lottery

What began as a trip to their local convenience store has resulted in a Saint-Irenee couple winning a more than a half-million dollar jackpot.

Koral and Sylvette Richard won Atlantic Lottery's 'Set for Life' game last Friday.

The couple opted for a single $675,000 payout rather than $1,000 per week for life.

Sylvette says her husband intends to purchase a new tractor while she plans to take a trip to the Magdalen Islands next year.

But Sylvette says their top priority is spoiling their two children and three grandchildren.
