Acadie-Bathurst Titan fall to Screaming Eagles

The Cape Breton Screaming Eagles downed the Acadie-Bathurst Titan 6 - 4 on Wednesday, March 15th.

Netminder Anthony Dumont-Bouchard blocked 25 shots but it wasn't enough to stave off the Screaming Eagles.

Jordan Maher, Rodrigo Abols, Aaron Brisebois, and Zachary Malatesta each found the back of Cape Breton's net once.

Head coach Mario Pouliot says the team will have to get back to basics and use its speed, noting a lack of consistency versus Cape Breton.

Despite the loss, the Titan hang on to sixth spot in the league and have already clinched a playoff position.

They travel to Moncton to face the Wildcats on Friday, March 17th.

The Titan wrap up regular season play in Charlottetown on Saturday, March 18th.

They've yet to beat the Islanders this season.
