Acadie-Bathurst Titan forward escapes crash with concussion, bruised foot

It was a close call for Acadie-Bathurst Titan forward Charles-Andre Cypihot earlier this week.

On his way home to Miramichi on Monday morning, Cypihot lost control of his car and slammed into a pickup truck after losing control on a patch of ice.

The crash happened on Highway 11 just outside of Miramichi.

Though his car was totalled, Cypihot was fortunate to escape with a bruised foot and a slight concussion.

Cypihot will be on the Titan's disabled list for a week or two with General manager Sylvain Couturier says the club is following concussion protocols.
