Acadie-Bathurst Titan inks deal with one of its first round draft picks
The Acadie-Bathurst Titan has signed one of its first round picks from the 2019 QMJHL Draft.
Centre Riley Kidney was the Titan's 11th pick overall.
The 5'10", 156-pound Nova Scotia native notched 47 points in 35 games with the Cole Harbour Wolfpack of the Nova Scotia Major Midget Hockey League last season, with another 12 points in ten post-season contests.
He represented Nova Scotia at the 2019 Canada Winter Games were he posted two points in six games while serving as an assistant captain.
Kidney says he can't wait to get started and that he's excited to have signed with a great team and a great organization.
Kidney is also one of 41 Q-League players to receive an invite to Hockey Canada's national under-17 development camp in Calgary beginning next week.
