Acadie-Bathurst Titan rookie defenseman named QMJHL star of the week

The Quebec Major Junior Hockey League has named Acadie-Bathurst Titan defenseman Noah Dobson as its third star of the week(March 13th to 18th).

Dobson played 63 of the Titan's 68 games and wrapped up the season with seven goals and 19 assists.  

The 17 year old rookie's plus-34 rating tops the league's first-year players, and is 11th overall in the league.

In the Titan's 8 - 2 win against the Wildcats on Friday, March 17th, Dobson earned three points, a personal high, as well as the game winning goal and was named first star of the game.

First star of the week goes to Val-d'Or Foreurs' goaltender, Étienne Montpetit, while the second star was awarded to Charlottetown Islanders' forward Daniel Sprong.
