Acadie-Bathurst Titan trail Victoriaville by one following a pair of weekend wins at home

The Acadie-Bathurst Titan are in ninth place, one point behind the Victoriaville Tigers, following a pair of wins at home over the weekend.

On Friday, February 10th, the Titan beat the Shawinigan Cataractes 8 - 2.

Titan netminder Anthony Dumont-Bouchard blocked 26 shots while Christophe Boivin, Adam Holwell, Jordan Maher, Cole Rafuse, Jeff Viel, Daniil Miromanov, Antoine Morand, and Vladimir Kuznetsov each found the back of Victoriaville's net once.

Morand, Kuznetsov, and Samuel l'Italien were named first, second, and third stars of the game respectively.

The Titan followed up Friday's victory with a 4 - 1 win over the Dummundville Voltigeurs on Sunday, February 12th.

Dumont-Bouchard kept things under control in net for the Titan, blocking 28 shots.

Christophe Boivin, Felix Boivin, Olivier Desjardins, and Zachary Malatesta each scored once for the Titan.

Christophe Boivin and Dumont-Bouchard were named first and third star of the game respectively while second star went to Drummondville's Charles-Olivier Ouimet.

The Titan travel to Moncton on Wednesday, February 15th, to face the Wildcats before hosting the Halifax Mooseheads on Friday, February 17th.
