Acadie-Chaleur Ground Search and Rescue on the lookout for new home
Acadie-Chaleur Ground Search and Rescue is looking for a new home.
Each year the group is left scrambling to find a place to park vehicles and store equipment.
President Daniel Hache says the group is working with the City of Bathurst to find a more permanent solution.
The organization's gear is currently being stored in a city garage, but Hache says a lack of parking makes that arrangement less-than idea.
The 32 year old group has around 30 members and an annual operating budget between $7,000 and $10,000.
