Bathurst man sentenced to 29 months in prison for stabbing incident
A Bathurst man has been sentenced to 29 months behind bars for a stabbing incident last summer.
37-year-old Zachariah Russell was found guilty of eleven charges in all on Monday, including aggravated assault, uttering threats, theft, careless use of a firearm and drug offences.
Russell was the subject of a Canada-wide warrant following an incident in Gloucester Junction in July of 2018.
He's also been banned from owning or possessing weapons for life.
