Bathurst man sentenced to four years behind bars on numerous charges

A 24 year old Bathurst man has been sentenced to four years behind bars on charges of fraud and break and enter.

Samuel Vienneau pleaded guilty to 33 charges from Ontario, Quebec, and New Brunswick, including an incident at the Bathurst Toyota construction site back in July.

The 24 year old has been in custody since that time so will only serve two-and-a-half years.

Vienneau is also banned from owning a firearm for ten years.

In December of 2014, Vienneau was sentenced to one year behind bars on conspiracy and fraud charges.
