Bathurst police arrest two men for possessing drugs for purpose of trafficking

Bathurst Police, New Brunswick

The Bathurst Police Force says it has arrested two individuals for possession of drugs for the purpose of trafficking.

Officers seized hundreds of what are believed to be methamphetamine and hydromorphone tablets along with a large amount of cash after intercepting a vehicle in East Bathurst last Thursday.

The two men were released from custody and will appear in court at a later date.
