Campbellton Regional Hospital's palliative care unit shuts down due to nursing shortage

The palliative care unit at the Campbellton Regional Hospital has temporarily shut down due to a lack of nursing staff.

The unit closed last week and is expected to reopen on January 15th.

In the meantime, Vitalite Health Network's Vice-President of Clinical Services Johanne Roy says patients have been moved to other floors.
