Charlo Airport getting high speed Internet thanks to federal money

People waiting to fly out of the Charlo Airport will soon have a better connection World-Wide-Web thanks to the federal government.

Ottawa is providing the airport with a little over $57,000 to help with the installation of high speed Internet infrastructure.

Executive director Stephanie Clark tells the Tribune says the service will help the airport attract new businesses.

Madawaska-Restigouche MP Rene Arseneault says the airport is an important part of the region's economy.
