Crash victim's father was paramedic dispatched to scene
A veteran paramedic from Belledune says he's not sure if he can return to work after being dispatched to a collision that claimed the life of his 28 year old son earlier this week.
Bryan Meade says he saw the body of his son Michael shortly after arriving at the scene on Route 11 near Belledune on Tuesday, January 17th.
Mead says he'll remember Michael as a happy-go-lucky young man with a knack for computers, electrical, and fixing cars.
The accident is still under investigation, but RCMP say slippery road conditions may have been a contributing factor.
A memorial service will be held in Miramichi on Sunday.
