Freezing rain and ice pellets expected tomorrow
New Brunswick is under a Special Weather Statement for Thursday night and Friday.
Environment Canada says ice pellets will begin Thursday night and then change to or mix with freezing rain as a warm front heads towards the province.
Forecasters say the ice pellets and freezing rain will then change to rain over the southern areas of the province on Friday morning, but may linger as freezing rain into the afternoon for northern areas.
The weather agency is warning drivers to expect hazardous driving conditions as the front moves across the province.
