Green Party looking for governing options
The Green Party says conditions aren't present for a formal agreement with the Liberals or Progressive Conservatives in New Brunswick's minority legislature.
After days of discussions with both parties, Green Leader David Coon has announced his party has drafted a declaration of intent to find solutions to co-operate in the legislature.
It asks members to agree to such principles as the right to a healthy environment, Indigenous rights and linguistic equality.
Coon is asking all M-L-A's to consider endorsing it as they get ready for a new session of the legislature set to start October 23rd.
