Man who allegedly threatened NB's Premier sent for psychiatric assessment

A Moncton-area man will undergo a psychiatric assessment after allegedly threatening New Brunswick's Premier on Monday, January 16th.

35 year old Daniel LeBlanc of Homestead Road in Second North River allegedly threatened to cause bodily harm to Brian Gallant over the Internet.

He was released from custody on Wednesday, January 18th, on conditions that include keeping his distance from Gallant.
