Moncton man dies following collision in Cocagne

Police say a 21-year-old man from Moncton has died following a collision in Cocagne.

Officers responded shortly after 6:30 p.m. on June 5 for a collision between a motorcycle and a truck on Highway 134.

RCMP say the collision is believed to have occurred when the southbound truck attempted to turn into a driveway and was struck by the northbound motorcycle.

Police say the driver of the motorcycle died at the scene, while the driver of the truck sustained minor injuries.

The investigation into this incident is ongoing.
