NB's $3.4M investment aims to help more students access loans for post-secondary education

The New Brunswick government says more students will be able to access post-secondary education loans with a 3.4 million dollar investment.
The province says beginning August 1st, changes to the provincial portion of the Canada Student Loans Program will mean many students will be eligible for more financial assistance.
It says students will only be expected to provide a fixed contribution between $1,500 and three thousand dollars per academic year based on their family income and family size.
