Obstetrics, pediatric services resume at Campbellton Regional Hospital

The Vitalite Health Network says obstetrical and pediatric services have resumed at the Campbellton Regional Hospital.

The network says the services resumed on Tuesday morning after begin suspended earlier this month due to a lack of medical resources.

During the temporary closure, pregnant women were directed to the Chaleur Regional Hospital in Bathurst to give birth, along with youth requiring specialized pediatric care.
