Oland's murder trial put over for a day
Dennis Oland's second-degree murder trial has been put over for a day in Saint John, New Brunswick.
The judge in the matter said Tuesday morning that both sides in the case needed to address unspecified issues behind closed doors.
Evidence had been expected to get underway today in the high-profile trial of Oland, who is accused of bludgeoning his multimillionaire father to death in 2011.
The 50-year-old Oland has pleaded not guilty in the death of 69-year-old Richard Oland on July 6th, 2011.
