Ottawa announces $650M for sexual and reproductive health

(CP) - To mark International Women's Day, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has announced his government plans to spend 650-million-dollars over three years on sexual and reproductive health.

The government says the money will be used for education, improving reproductive health services and investing in family planning and contraceptives.

Trudeau says women should be able to choose when they want to start their families and how big they want their families to be.
