Police need help finding man wanted on warrants in Moncton

The Codiac Regional RCMP is asking the public for help finding Feras-Sabar Azabi.

Police say the 26-year-old, who is originally from Libya but has been living in Moncton, is wanted on warrants for sexual assault, communicate with an undercover operator for the purpose of obtaining sexual services and for failing to appear in court.

RCMP say Azabi was arrested in June 2018 following an incident of a sexual assault in Moncton, and was released with a court date scheduled in October that year.

Police say he was then arrested in August 2018 during a police operation in Moncton targeting individuals attempting to solicit services from sex trade workers. and was released pending a court appearance in February.

Azabi failed to appear for either of his scheduled court appearances, and the RCMP say warrants for his arrest were issued on October 16, 2018 and February 11, 2019.

He is described as standing 5'11" tall, weighing 210 lbs with black hair and brown eyes, and is known to drive a grey 2006 Nissan Altima with a Quebec licence plate K55-MFB.

Police say Azabi is also known to use the alias Vito Brows.
