Poverty reduction report released by provincial government

The New Brunswick government has released a report on reducing poverty.

The report outlines a series of actions the government says it plans to undertake, such as removing barriers to employment and improving the health and well-being of people living in poverty.

It also says it will help people better access programs and services that improve the quality of life.

The report is meant to complement the New Brunswick Family Plan, which focuses on government action in priority areas such as addictions and mental health, supporting seniors and advancing women's equality.
