Preliminary inquiry for man accused in devastating downtown Bathurst fire begins today
A preliminary inquiry for a Bathurst man charged in connection with a devastating fire in the city's downtown back in 2015 begins today.
Perry Kinsman has pleaded not guilty to a number of arson charges.
Two days have been set aside for the inquiry.
Kinsman has been in custody since his arrest back in August.
The blaze is estimated to have caused approximately $1 million in damage.
