Preliminary inquiry set for Pokesudie man accused of second-degree murder
An Acadian Peninsula man charged with second-degree murder will face a preliminary inquiry in September.
34 year old Tom LeBouthillier of Pokesudie was charged after 27 year old Steven Gauvin was found dead in a blueberry field in that community following an altercation last September.
LeBouthillier has elected to be tried by judge and jury.
Proceedings will get under way on September 5th in Bathurst.
