Province invests in Restigouche region environmental projects
Environmental projects in the Restigouche region are getting $104,500 from the provincial government.
The Restigouche Regional Service Commission will receive $60,000 to advance its recycling efforts.
Other projects include funding for the Comité du bassin versant du ruisseau Five Fingers, the Village of Eel River Crossing, the City of Campbellton and the Conseil de gestion du bassin versant de la riviere Restigouche.
Employment and Population Growth Minister Gilles LePage says the funds will provide the necessary support for local projects in 2018-19 that will help make the province the best place to raise a family.
