Rolls of copper wire stolen near Perth-Andover

The West District RCMP is investigating the theft of 20 to 25 rolls of copper wire stolen from a trailer in Aroostook Junction.

The break, enter, and theft is believed to have taken place between 2 p.m. on August 9th and 2 p.m. on Monday.

Police say someone cut padlocks on a storage trailer at a business on Route 130.

The wire is described as 14-gauge, single-strand wire with rubber coating.
