Storms knock out power to hundreds in N.B.
There are still a few hundred NB Power customers without electricity this morning after storms ripped through the southern and central parts of the province this week.
Some of the outages are in the Fredericton-area, where a storm on Monday knocked the lights out for around 4,700 customers at its peak.
The city said in a tweet that the rain storm also caused localized flooding and damage, while the same line of thunderstorms also caused damage in Maugerville.
There are no outages in the Chaleur Region or the Acadian Peninsula.
