Toxic work environment not welcomed or common-place, Vitalite CEO says

The Vitalite Health Network wants to re-establish a healthy working environment at the Chaleur Regional Hospital.

Last week, the Acadie-Nouvelle reported that employees in the hospital's long term car wing complained of bullying by some managers within that department.

Vitalite CEO Gilles Lanteigne says that type of environment is not acceptable, or common place within the hospital or network and that senior management is working with employees and the union to resolve the matter.

The network is investigating similar complaints at another one of its institutions, however it's not saying which one.
