Trial date set for Campbellton man accused of assaulting minor
A Campbellton man charged with sexually assaulting a minor has had his trial date set for the spring.
In January of 2017, 66-year-old Albert Martin pleaded not guilty to seven charges including sexual assault, sexual touching of a minor, and invitation to sexual touching while in a position of trust or authority.
Martin's trial is set to get underway on May 27th, however a pretrial conference is scheduled for February 11th.
