Two arrested following unstamped cigarette seizure near Fredericton

A man and a woman have been arrested after over 20,000 unstamped cigarettes were seized near Fredericton.

The seizure was made January 27th as part of an ongoing investigation in the Fredericton region.

A 57-year-old man from Oak Haven and a 55-year-old woman from Bathurst were arrested.

They've since been released with a promise to appear in Fredericton provincial court at a later date.
