Carrie Underwood Lands 25th No. 1 With ‘Dirty Laundry’

Carrie Underwood has hit the top of the country charts for the 25th time with single “Dirty Laundry”.

The major accomplishment is bolstered by the fact that it’s the fourth No. 1 from her album Storyteller. The song was penned by collaborators Ashley Gorley, Zach Crowell and Hillary Lindsey and is a tale of adultery and betrayal.

Underwood is happily married, but she admitted to Yahoo that husband, Canadian NHL player Mike Fisher, “knows I sing country music, and cheating songs are a part of the territory. He’s all right with it!”

The 33-year-old is currently in the midst of The Storyteller Tour, but will take a break from the road to host the Country Music Awards with Brad Paisley in April.
