A popular Canadian country music festival will celebrate its 30th anniversary next summer with artists like Brett Kissel, James Barker Band, and The Washboard Union.
The Havelock Country Jamboree, which bills itself as “Canada’s Largest Live Outdoor Country Music & Camping Festival, will run Aug. 15 to 18. Havelock is roughly halfway between Toronto and Ottawa.
The James Barker Band will play Aug. 15; Kissel and The Washboard Union are slated to perform Aug. 16; Dead Flowers and Doc Yates are on stage Aug. 17; and Freddy Vette & His Rhinestone Plowboys are on Aug. 18.
More acts will be announced as the festival draws nearer.
Weekend passes are available until the end of the year for just $240, taxes included. They’ll range from $260 to $320 next year.
The Havelock Country Jamboree has previously welcomed stars like Toby Keith, Dierks Bentley, Alan Jackson, Dwight Yoakam and Canadians Tim Hicks, Dallas Smith and Jess Moskaluke.
